As of Saturday the 19th of April, CrossFit Hereford is introducing a new class…. Mobility WOD

What is Mobility WOD?

It’s a chance to learn new ways of stretching, preventing injuries and any future aches and pains. Using techniques such as ‘smashing’ help to relax the muscles without the charge of a sports therapist or Physio.
There are plenty of techniques, equipment and knowledge from the coaches that will help you stay supple and help to prevent injuries in order to carry on your training.
